Exceptions
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products, including matcha tea. However, if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Preorders
We aim to provide accurate estimated delivery dates for preorders; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Preorders are placed at the purchaser's risk regarding arrival dates and are not eligible for refunds due to delays. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
